Refunds: All digital services purchased through our website or through any email or social media platform are non-refundable. Once you purchase a digital service, there will be no refunds for any reason. We do not offer refunds because our digital services are immediately accessible upon the completion and delivery of your career package and cannot be returned. If you experience any issues with the digital service, please contact our customer service team at angelresumes17@gmail.com with subject: Support. We will do our best to address your concerns and provide any necessary support. By purchasing a digital service through our website, email, or any social media platform, you agree to our refund policy. In simple terms, you forfeit your payment as soon as you place the order which is when you pay for the services. While this may seem aggressive, this is meant to combat the recent increase in chargeback fraud.
We commit significant time, effort, and expertise to each career package, and as such, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the final deliverables. We guarantee that you’ll receive your career package that YOU paid for via email OR messenger.
Turnaround Information: My turnaround average is 9-14 business days*. The timeline is an AVERAGE – which means that you will receive it within 9-14 business days or after the 9-14 business days. Some packages do take longer than anticipated. Rest assure you will get your package! I do my absolute best to have the package to you within 9-14 business days, but there are some cases that it does take longer, such as in the event of communication gaps.
*Note: Business days includes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Holidays or posted closing days are excluded. Any notices of closing are posted on my FB page (www.facebook.com/ResumesByAngel). Be sure to like/follow the page and turn on notifications to make sure you don’t miss a post! I understand that you may be busy with work or personal life events, so I do follow up frequently to get your package to you in a timely manner.
Privacy Policy: This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Resumes By Angel. All of your information is safely secured and will not be given to any other person. This privacy notice applies solely to information given to myself to complete the requested services. We are the sole owners of the information collected from you. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the communication correspondences of which I was contacted on by you, your information is protected both online and offline. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. I do not provide samples/examples of my previous work or samples due to my client’s confidential information and my privacy policy. I take information security very seriously.
Time Restraints: It is essential that you inform me of any time constraints before making your payment to ensure my availability to complete your resume and cover letter promptly. I offer an express turnaround service for quicker completion, guaranteed to meet your specified deadline. Please note that an additional fee will apply based on the urgency of your request. By communicating your time constraints upfront, we can work together to ensure timely delivery of your documents, while accommodating your needs effectively.
Approving Documents: When the career package is completed and sent to you, the file must be approved within 24 hours of delivery. If there are any errors or anything else you’d like added, removed, or adjusted within your purchased career package, then it must be sent within 2 days of the delivery of your package. I allow 1 FREE revision at this time. If you do not contact me within 2 days of the delivery of your package, then you will need to purchase an update add-on. Once a revision request is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for the delivery of your revised package. Please understand that there are other clients waiting as well to get their package, so once you place a revision request, your package gets placed back into a queue.
False Data: I will NOT falsify information on any of my work nor accept false information. Upholding honesty and integrity is paramount in all aspects of my professional endeavors. It is my firm belief that accuracy and transparency are essential foundations for building trust and credibility, both within my own work and in any interactions with clients or stakeholders. As such, I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and truthfulness to ensure that all information provided is accurate, reliable, and verifiable.
Payment Plan/Billing Policy: I will not begin working on your package until the full payment has been received. My standard turnaround time is an average of 9-14 business days. The “timer” will start as soon as your full payment is received. You can use cashapp or PayPal invoice to pay your balance.
Please note: I DO NOT render services until your payment is paid in full. You cannot cancel your payment plan for any reason. It is YOUR responsibility to pay the balance in accordance with the billing and payments plan policies listed above. Please refer back to [Refunds].
Reserve Your Spot: You can send your payment at the time of consultation or via my website. Reserving your spots means paying now and sending all documents and information at your earliest convenience.
Your Actions: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of threats or disrespectful behavior directed towards any member of our team. Should you engage in such actions, including making threats or displaying disrespect towards any personnel within our company, it will result in the immediate forfeiture of your package, and you will not be eligible to receive a refund. We prioritize maintaining a safe and respectful work environment for all team members, and any violation of this policy will be dealt with swiftly and decisively.
